But here’s the thing: burnout isn’t a badge of honor. And staying productive long-term means taking care of you—your energy, your boundaries, your actual life outside of work.

The good news? AI can help. From setting healthier routines to managing your schedule and even giving you that gentle “log off” nudge, smart tools can make work-life balance more doable (and less another thing on your to-do list). Let’s get into it.
